Seana’s Top Organizing Gift Ideas for 2025

Three animated wrapped presents and the words Seana's Top Organizing Gift Ideas for 2025

The holiday season is around the corner. Each year I compile a list with a few gift suggestions to share with readers. This isn’t easy for me since I spend most of my time helping clients declutter and lighten up! However, I have found some products that are both fun and functional for getting and staying organized. Products like these make terrific gifts because, rather than piling up, they actually enhance order and make living easier. They are “gifts that give all year long.” In no particular order, here at my top organizing gift ideas for 2025.

[Note: I am not being compensated to promote any of these products, nor do I receive a commission if you buy one. I just like them.]

For the DIYer…

This organizer comes in pieces that click together and can be set into a drawer. You can slide tools into the organizer to keep them from sloshing around in a tool drawer. The pieces themselves are magnetic, so they stay in place in a metal tool drawer quite well.

For the Stanley Tumbler Lover…

This rack attaches magnetically to the side of a refrigerator or be hung on tile with adhesive strips. It holds four large water bottles. It also has hooks along the bottom that can hold the lids. These bottles are large, so having a separate place to store them alleviates pressure on the kitchen cabinets.

For the Person with Little Kids…

I love this little container for storing bath or even beach toys. It has holes in the bottom to drain water, and also has a piece you can add underneath if you want to put the bin down someplace that you don’t want to get wet. When not in use, the organizer can fold up and tuck away.

For the Household Full of Electronics…

When multiple people need to charge devices, a family can quickly run out of bricks and charging locations. This outlet replaces a regular outlet and offers USB charging options in addition to the normal electrical outlet. More functionality with no loss of space.

For the Family with a Messy Entryway or Closet…

This rotating organizer takes up only two square feet of floorspace and provides a lot of storage. It comes in different colors and can hold shoes, purses, or other small items.

For the Person Who Uses Devices on the Couch…

This little device tucks in between the cushions of a couch so you can plug in and keep streaming, working, texting, or talking. It can also be placed along the back of a couch that sits up against a wall. This can come in handy, especially if your device tends to quickly lose charge.

HEZI Sofa Outlet

For the Person with a Glass Shower…

When you have a sleek glass shower, finding a place to hang towels, brushes, washcloths and other supplies can be tricky. These hooks slip over the top of the glass so you can keep everything you need close at hand. They come in black or chrome.

For the Dog Lover…

This portable water bottle is the perfect thing to bring on a walk or trip. You just tip the bottle to the side and press the button to fill the cup. Then, if the dog doesn’t drink it all, simply turn the bottle upright, press the button again, and gather back the leftover water.

For the Person Who Does a Lot of Grocery Shopping…

Reusable grocery bags are a wise choice these days. What I love about this one is that it has a flat, box-bottom so it stays open while you are loading it. These are sturdy and hold a lot.

For the Safety Conscious…

If you travel or are away from home a lot, its nice to have lights coming on when you aren’t there. Of course, you can get timers that plug into the wall, but if you have lamps that aren’t near an outlet, or in zones with weak WiFi, these bulbs may be a nice alternative.

GE Timer Lightbulbs

*
For the Busy Household…

In busy households, drawers and pullouts can take a beating. This is especially true for the trash and dishwasher doors. These clear little protectors snap onto the top of a busy door to keep the paint from chipping and/or staining.

Cabinet Hero Door and Drawer Guard

For the Chef…

Cutting boards can be tricky to store since they tend to be large. This cute set stores the boards vertically on your kitchen county in an attractive manner, disguised as a set of books, making them both decorative and functional.

and also…

These reusable fruit and veggie savers. These containers are designed to keep air out and products fresh. They are handy for things like avocadoes that tend to go bad as soon as you cut them open.

For the Person with a Crowded Refrigerator

I like this egg holder because it can be put under other items while leaving the eggs accessible.

For the Gift Giver…

Some people love giving–and wrapping–gifts. Others may not love wrapping, but still have a stash of wrapping paper on hand. The challenge with wrapping paper is keeping the rolls from unravelling. These little clips snap around the rolls, keeping the paper tidy and protected until you are ready to use it. Simple and easy!

For the Scooter Lovers…

These stands for two-wheeled scooters keep scooters upright. This saves space in your garage, shed, entryway, or driveway. Check to make sure your scooter’s wheels will fit before buying.

Scooter Parking Supports

*
For the Traveler…

These bottle covers are like skins that slip over the tops of bottles to keep them from leaking in a suitcase. Quicker and easier than plastic bags and rubber bands.

Silicone Bottle Covers

For the Gym Rat

This little bag is perfect for the gym. It holds a few small items and a water bottle, and has strong magnets so it can be easily attached to lockers, gym equipment, or racks.

For the Stockings…

If you enjoy the tradition of giving gifts in stockings, here is a neat little gadget to tuck inside. It is a tool designed to help you keep your keyboard and other electronics clean.

*
For the Person Who Has Everything…

Not everyone needs or even wants more stuff. There are many gifts that create joy without taking up physical space. If you know a child who is already drowning in toys, check out a subscription service like Orbit Crates. Alternatively, if you love someone who really doesn’t need anything, you can also make a donation to a charity that they care about. A few of my favorites are St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which is fighting to eliminate childhood cancer, and Samaritan’s Purse, which helps out in disaster situations.

The topic of gifts can be complex. Some people feel overwhelmed when gifts come flooding in, while others consider gift-giving a primary way of expressing love. Not every gift will be a hit, but hopefully these ideas will help you give gifts that will be loved.

Do you have any great “gifts of organization” to share?

  1. I love this list of holiday gifts you share every year! You sourced some terrific finds. I especially like the light bulbs with built-in timers, the outlet with multiple charging options, and the fruit and veggie savers.

While they don’t relate to organized gifts per se, I also love clutter-less gifts like food-related items, spa or personal services (which could be an organization gift certificate), or time-related gifts like movie, theatre, or concert tickets.

Thank you for the inspiring gift ideas! I wish you and yours a happy holiday season!

    1. There was a great post referenced over on POINT about some of those clutter-free gifts. Love those ideas too! It’s just fun, once a year, to talk about products. I thought some of these were quite clever.:)

  2. I always look forward to this list you put together, Seana. I found a few things to give to some of my family members and a gift for me! I usually lug 2 water bottles with me when I go on a long walk. One for me and one for Buddy, my dog. Plus I carry a collapsible bowl for him. The MalsiPree Portable Dog Water Bottle sounds like a great way to reduce what I carry on walks. Thank you!

  3. I always enjoy this yearly feature of yours! My favorite this year is the reusable fruit and veggie savers.

Another great stocking stuffer would be small cable wraps. I’ve only recently started using them on both my charging cables and to hold cables together to minimize mess on my desktop, and am kicking myself for not discovering them sooner.

  4. Do I need any of these items? No. Can I think of anyone for whom I’m shopping who needs these items? Also, no. However, I covet it almost all of these!

So many of these have magnets in them, and I am a sucker for anything that can be redid vertically on the inside of a locker, or the outside of the fridge, like the gym bag or Stanley cup holders, and the magnetic toolbox is fabulous!

But I think my favorite is the light bulb that can be used on a digital timer. I remember the olden days when you had to plug your lights into a two dad with a dial for setting the on and off time, and I could never get it right!

You truly sourced some fabulous gift ideas that will never become clutter.

    1. Every year it is fun putting this list together. I love innovation, and creative minds that bring their ideas into being! That gym bag… so brilliant!
